    About

    Was-Impex company was founded on 22nd January 1999. The founders of the company are Radoš, Velizar and Stojanka Konatar. This family enterprise was founded as a trading company, as a dealership for the products of various food production companies. Since its establishment, the company has recorded constant growth and development, and now the basic activities of the company are construction and furniture production.

    The company is located in Podgorica at Smokovac bb.

    The company is the exclusive Montenegrin representative of a German company „NAUE GmbH & Co.KG“ – world leader in manufacture of geosynthetic materials, which have application in the stabilization of the soil with the low bearing capacity, in the construction of the highway and railways network, wind farms, in the construction of the landfills for all types of waste, in mining and petrochemical industry, for drainage, filtration, separation, protection of the soil from erosion, as well as the special waterproofing in civil engineering for the protection of the underground
    concrete constructions.

    The factory for the production of furniture components, as well as finalised products of this type, customised for the individual buyer, has been established and equipped following a model set by the most modern and well known furniture production companies in Europe. The production line
    of the factory consists of the latest generation of machines that reduce the human interference in production to the minimum. Therefore, the company is successful in providing the service to its customers in a responsible and timely manner, which represents one of the greatest challenges that the companies of today are facing.

The quality of the materials (chipboard and MDF panels), as well as the quality of procedures used, is at a high level and meets certain standards. Food products and cleaning and personal hygiene products are subject to regular controls by the sanitary inspection. So far, no irregularities have ever been recorded.

    ORIENTATION TOWARDS OTHER MARKETS

    So far, the company has been oriented towards the markets of Montenegro and Macedonia. Apart from exporting the products of other Montenegrin companies to the Macedonian market, it also exports its own products, due to its large capacity, that surpasses the demand of the domestic market.‏‏‏‎‏‏‎
